South Gate Lists Two Council Sessions October 27: Special at 5:30 and Regular at 6:30

SOUTH GATE, California — October 25, 2026. South Gate’s official Granicus agenda directory identifies a special Council meeting Tuesday, October 27 at 5:30 p.m. and the regular City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 8650 California Avenue. The two agendas are separate, so residents should not assume only one start time.

Official records and next steps

The city’s events directory also lists a farmers market on Monday, October 26 at South Gate Park, a Halloween-themed Boo-Camp on October 28 and Coffee with a Cop on October 29. These events have their own organizers and participation terms. Before attending either Council session, review its dated agenda packet and public-comment instructions; closed or special-session notices can cover matters different from the regular Council agenda.

Official source reviewed October 25, 2026: South Gate municipal information. Scheduled events can be amended or canceled; future meeting outcomes are not assumed.
